Our stay had a mix of highlights and disappointments. The hotel's location was fantastic, making it an ideal spot for those heading to the cruise port. While I found the room spacious and the pool area inviting, the service left much to be desired, particularly with housekeeping and bar service. Overall, it was a decent experience but could improve in several areas, especially for the price.

The room was quite spacious but felt as if it could use a refresh. It was clean upon arrival but didn't seem thoroughly sanitized for the number of guests. The bathrooms were a bit cramped, which was a downside.

The service was inconsistent. While some staff members were accommodating, we experienced significant delays from housekeeping and overall responsiveness was lacking.

The location is prime, very close to the cruise port, which was a major plus for our trip. It also offered convenient access to local attractions.

Dining was a mixed bag. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and was prepare quickly, but it felt like the dinner service at the bar was poorly managed, leading to long waits and confusion.
